We publish every domestic price we charge. We do not publish a commercial one, and this page explains why that is the honest answer rather than an evasive one.
It depends on the premises — and on this site, that sentence is doing real work rather than avoiding the question.
Every domestic price we charge is published on this website, down to the pound. We do not publish a commercial figure because there is no single figure that would be true.
Plenty of pest control companies advertise a commercial price. It is almost always a starting-from figure attached to the simplest possible job, and it stops being accurate the moment your premises are more complicated than a one-room office.
A small office with occasional ants and a busy restaurant kitchen with a contract requirement and an audit trail are not the same job. They do not take the same time, they do not need the same documentation, and they should not carry the same price.
We would rather tell you we need to know about the premises than publish a number that is wrong for most of them.
Tell us these four things and we can usually price the job without a wasted visit:
Four lines is usually enough for us to come back with a real price rather than a range.
Get a commercial price →Wasp nest treatment is £90 fixed cost at a business premises, exactly as it is at a house. A wasp nest is a wasp nest, and that one genuinely does not vary.
Same price, same guarantee, whether it is a house, a flat, a shop or a warehouse.
Common commercial situations in and around Harrow include:
If your premises are subject to an audit, an EHO inspection or a contract requiring pest control records, say so when you enquire. It changes what we need to provide and it is far easier to arrange before the work than to reconstruct afterwards.
We will tell you plainly what we can and cannot provide, rather than promising documentation and disappointing your auditor.
Tell us how urgent it is and be honest about it. A rodent sighting in a food preparation area is a different order of problem from a few ants in a storeroom, and we would rather prioritise properly than treat every enquiry identically.
It depends on the premises. We publish domestic prices because they are predictable; commercial work varies too much for a single honest figure, so tell us about the site and we will give you a real price.
Because a small office and a busy restaurant kitchen are not the same job. A single published figure would either overcharge the first or under-quote the second, and neither is honest.
Both. Some premises need a single treatment; others need scheduled visits and documentation. Tell us which situation you are in.
Yes — tell us at the enquiry stage what your auditor or contract requires so we can confirm what we can provide before you book.
Yes, at the same £90 fixed cost as domestic properties.
Tell us the urgency when you enquire. A pest problem affecting food handling or a customer-facing area is treated as more urgent than one in a storeroom.
Ask. Some premises can only be treated when closed, and that is a normal request in this trade.
Tell us the type of premises, the pest, whether you need documentation, and whether it is a one-off — and we will come back with a real price.
